Ballet I
Ballet I is designed for dancers who are ready to build a strong technical foundation while developing grace, strength, flexibility, and confidence. This class focuses on proper ballet technique through structured barre work, center exercises, and across the floor progressions.
Dancers will learn and expand their ballet vocabulary while emphasizing correct body alignment, posture, musicality, and artistry. As students progress throughout the season, they will gain a deeper understanding of classical ballet technique and apply these skills to choreography performed during the year.
Ballet I provides the essential foundation for all styles of dance and encourages discipline, focus, and a love for the art of ballet in a positive and supportive environment.
